Working out on a daily basis to ensure excellent health can be tough but it is a necessary responsibilty to ensure proper health and fitness.
What are goals?
Goals are anything you want to achieve or desire.
What is goal setting?
Goal setting is a process that can help you improve and feel good about yourself by setting goals to achieve.
What is the difference between long-term goals and short-term goals?
Long term goals are goals that usually take a while to achieve and are lead up to slowly. Short term goals are smaller goals that help you slowly lead up to the big long term goal.
What are the steps necessary for successful goals setting?
The firt step is desire. This means to want your goals. The second step is to belive in yourself so yuo can reach your goal. The third step is to analyze where you are now so you can properly set your goals. The fourth step is to set realistic goals. These are goals that arent ridiculosly impossible, such as "Week one lift 20 lbs. Week two lift 200 lbs." The fifth step is to write detailed goals that are easily followed so you get everthing done right.The sixth step is to list benefits you will receive. This will help you stay motivated while trying for your long term goals. The seventh step is to identify obstacles such as health problems or things such as school. The eight step is to dentify knowledge you will need such as correct stretching so you don't injure yourself in the process of tring to reach your goals. The ninth step is to make a plan of action to get things started immediatly. The tenth step is to develop a time line to keep progress of your goals over time. The eleventh step is to monitor your progress to ensure you are making the correct time and achieving the short term goals. The last and final step is to always remember to never give up!
